What kind of fit do these shorts come with?
Our shorts have a regular fit, which merely means that they're not too tight but not loose either. They can be worn for any occasion.
What colours do Cova shorts come in?
Cobba shorts come in four colours and two-leg lengths - but every pair features the same classic tailoring and low-maintenance design. The colours are Manson Black, Redford Red, Dark Grey and Cobain Blue. Find out more here.
What’s the difference between a Mid Length and a Knee Grazer?
The main difference between the Mid Length and the Knee Grazer is the leg length.
Just to clear up any confusion: they both use the same materials and provide the same great fit, comfort and innovation.
Which leg length suits me?

When will you release new colours?
Our limited Edition colours receive a refresh multiple times per year. To ensure, you’re always in the loop when new colours are in the mix, sign up for our mailing list and be the first to take them to the streets.

What happens if I order the wrong size shorts? Can I exchange?
We will gladly exchange any unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise with all tags and Cobba bags intact. All we ask is that you cover the shipping cost of the return and replacement.
How many pockets are there in Cobba shorts?
There are 6 functional pockets including specially designed a hidden card pocket, a sneaky phone pocket and a handy key pocket.
Does my phone fit into sneaky phone pocket?
Yes, the phone pocket was entirely built into the shorts and it can accommodate a phone with a dimension of iPhone 6S or less.
I see there are 6 pockets, what can I carry?
Phone? Check. Keys? Check. Credit Card? Check. With Cobba’s concealed pockets there are places to put all your essentials. Better than your girlfriend's handbag any day.

How often should I wash my shorts?
Our mysterious silver-infused fabric means Cobba shorts stay freakishly fresh. So you can skip laundry duty for up to three weeks. Just don’t tell your girlfriend, she’ll never believe you. When the washing day comes around, Cobba is in the element, drying quicker than you can sink a beer.
Don’t forget to read the care label and air dry them like in the good old days and whatever you do, avoid the dryer at all costs!
How long will these shorts last?
How long our shorts will last depends on how you use and take care of them. We've designed them to last years with proper care and intended use.
How long does the silver last?
It depends on how you roll and take care of it. We've created it to last years with proper care and intended use. The silver has been infused at the fibre stage and will remain on Cobba shorts permanently. However, please note that it is subjected to normal wear and tear.
How many features are in Cobba shorts?
While they’re low-key and stylish, Cobba shorts have 11 features you won’t find on any other shorts. Where is your product made?
That’s one of our favourite subjects! We do it differently than others. It is really important to us to use Australian materials as much as we can and team up with manufacturing partners who hold themselves to the same ethical standards we do. We use Australian super cotton and Australian silver. We have teamed up with innovators to produce and finish the materials in Germany and Japan. Finally put together at a facility in Vietnam who impressed us the most with their exemplary workplace. We count ourselves lucky to be working with such thoughtful partners.

Shipping & Returns
Where does Cobba ship?
We ship everywhere in the world.
All Australian orders: Your order will ship out from our warehouse on the same day via Australia Post. Your parcel will arrive 1-2 business days, depending on your location. Our warehouse team takes a much-deserved vacation on Sundays and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
Does Cobba ship internationally?
Yes, We ship internationally.
Your order will ship out from our warehouse on the same day. Your parcel will arrive 4-6 business days depending on your continent.
For international customers, an understanding of import fees is important. For all orders outside Australia, sometimes the customs department of your country can demand import duty. In this case- the duty would have to be taken care of by the customer. It’s a good idea to contact your local customs office, so you don’t receive any unexpected fees.
Exchanges are processed as new orders, and the authorities may attempt to charge you again. If this occurs, inquire locally on how to request a refund on prior fees.
If you wish to refuse your delivery, you will still be held responsible for the status of your parcel including import duties and the cost of return shipping fee. If the return fees exceed the amount of the order, the parcel will be destroyed, and you will not be refunded.
How much does shipping?
We offer free Australia Post on all orders shipping within Australia.
All international orders, we offer flat rate international shipping per unit.
A pair of shorts: $14 – $18 AUD
Two pairs of shorts: $18 – $22 AUD
Three pairs of shorts: $22 – $26 AUD

When exactly will I receive my order?
Here’s how it works: You place an order online, and then we process it.
All Australian orders: Your package will ship out from our warehouse on the same day via Australia Post. Your parcel will arrive 1-2 business days, depending on your location.
All international orders: Your package will ship out from our warehouse on the same day. Your parcel will arrive 4-6 business days on your continent.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to ship orders as quick as possible so that you don’t have to wait, which means we might not catch your in time to adjust or cancel it. Just shoot us an email at knock@cobbastore.com, and we will try our best to get changes made, we can not guarantee them.
What’s your return policy?
At Cobba, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on most products. The following change of mind time frames apply:
* 3rd party stockists: 30 days from date of purchase
* Online (Australia): 30 days from date of delivery
* Online (International): 35 days from order placement.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, products returned for change of mind within the above time frames can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:
* Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
* The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags and Cobba bags intact.
Exceptions to our change of mind policy
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
* Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for change of mind.

If you believe that your product is defective and you are the original purchaser, please take a moment to read Cobba Shorts Warranty (link below).
Please ensure that you read our warranty information thoroughly and contact us at knock@cobbastore.com with supporting images. Otherwise, your claim may be denied or asked for more information, which will delay the turnaround time.
Once we have received your inquiry we will be in touch within 7-10 business days with an outcome to your warranty request.
What if I have an international return?
If you want to return an international order, please email at knock@cobbastore.com to let us know. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
